Today I’m joining Ella Claire and many other talented bloggers in sharing creative Halloween decor! Make sure to stop by and visit them at the bottom of this post.
I’m continuing my Harry Potter Halloween theme with a vignette that is inspired by all of the homework the kids completed throughout the story!
I mean, didn’t it always seem like they were doing homework? Granted, it was fun homework. I remember thinking several times as a kid that I’d rather write an essay on the Twelve Uses of Dragon’s Blood than dividing fractions.
The warmth and colors I used were inspired by the Gryffindor common room, which basically sounded like the coziest place ever.
I’m actually a Ravenclaw, but I always did wish to hang out in the Gryffindor common room.
This is Harry’s wand. Crazy that he left it lying around like that!
Doesn’t he look like Pigwidgeon?
I copied Hermione’s handwriting (nerd alert!) to label this assignment. Don’t you picture her neatly labeling assignments to help both herself and her friends remember what to do?
This was so fun to create! I have a few more magic-infused Halloween ideas coming your way!
